How long does delivery take?
Metros: 1–2 business days. Tier-2 cities: 2–3 days. Everywhere else in India: 3–5 days. We ship Monday–Saturday from our Pune roastery.
What's the shipping charge?
Flat ₹49 on orders under ₹500. Free on orders ₹500 and above. Subscribers always get free express shipping.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet — but Singapore and the UAE are on the 2026 roadmap. Drop your email at the bottom of the page to be first to know.
How do I track my order?
You'll get an SMS and email with a tracking link the moment your box leaves the roastery. You can also track from your account dashboard.

Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes — for 30 minutes after checkout. Reply to your confirmation email and we'll update it before it ships.
What's your return policy?
Because edamame is a perishable food product, we do not accept returns or issue cash refunds. However, if your pack arrives damaged, sealed incorrectly, or is the wrong flavor, email hello@greenorigins.in within 30 days with a photo — we'll send a free replacement, no questions asked.
I got the wrong flavor / a damaged pack.
Send us a photo and we'll replace it within 48 hours — no return needed. Our packaging team would love the feedback either way.
Do you offer corporate / gifting orders?
Yes. Bulk orders over 50 packs come with custom branding and a 15% discount. Email gifting@greenorigins.in.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Sign in, click "Manage subscription," then "Cancel." Done in 2 clicks, under 30 seconds. No retention calls. Promise.
Can I skip a month?
Yes — anytime up to 48 hours before your next ship date. Pause for one month or three, then resume.
Can I change my flavors between deliveries?
Absolutely. Mix it up every month from your dashboard. New flavors are auto-added; you can swap them out if you prefer your favorites.
When do I get charged?
On the same date each month, 24 hours before your box ships. You'll get an email reminder before every charge — no surprises.
Product
Are these vegan and gluten-free?
Yes to both. All Green Origins flavors are 100% plant-based, gluten-free, non-GMO, and contain no added sugar.
How is this different from regular roasted soybeans?
Edamame is harvested young and tender — higher in protein and fiber, lower in fat, and naturally sweeter. We slow-roast at low heat (most brands flash-fry) to keep the bean intact.
What's the shelf life?
9 months from roasting, sealed. We nitrogen-flush every pack so they arrive as fresh as the day they came out of the roaster.
Are there any allergens?
Edamame is soy. We process in a facility that also handles tree nuts. Full allergen info is on every pack.
